Your package takes 1-2 working days to be delivered by our delivery service to your address. In case you have ordered the package during the weekend, we will send it to you on the next working day.
Upon dispatch of your order you will be notified via text message and e-mail. In the event that you are not at the agreed address at the time of delivery, you will arrange for a new address for the handover with our delivery service. If you did not answer your phone at the time of delivery, the delivery service will leave you a notice and try to deliver the package again on the next business day.
